My goal with this work is to be a friendly and approachable resource for economic, ecological, and psychological harm reduction in an increasingly challenging world.

"This company hands down has been the most amazing experience I've had with computer support and repairs. These folks have helped me through times of stress in college, times of clumsiness and through times of failing hard drives and digital overwhelm! Recently they've helped me with a major data retrieval project. The turn around was surprisingly quick! "I'm only able to write this review because of the amazing folks at this computer repair shop. Eddie, specifically, offered the most top tier service. Over the course of a few years, various friends had spilled liquid on my laptop and finally the keyboard had started to fail. Eddie walked me through what approximate costs, which seemed reasonable as the alternative was a whole new computer. After a week, he gave me a price and went to work on it. During the repair a couple of things came up which he could have charged me more for, but didn't as he said they'd honor the price stated when I gave the go ahead. I've rarely had such amazing service. Highly recommended and I'd use them again for my computer repair services. Thanks y'all!!"

"You don't get better service than this. Long story abridged, my computer repair ended up turning into a bit of an ordeal as problems kept arising at each stage, but Eddie and his team were kind, helpful and unstoppable in their quest to figure it out and fix everything. And fix everything they did- the computer is faster and better than ever. I only wish they also ran a mechanic shop so I could entrust them with my car as well."

"I'm happy to be writing this from my pristine condition MacBook that Eddie fixed! The folks here were supremely kind, extra communicative (great messaging thru text), and thoroughly helpful throughout the entire process. My Mac had a huge crack in the screen. Eddie not only replaced it within a week, but sourced an almost-perfect OEM Apple screen to replace it at a great price - and passed those savings directly along to me. What I thought would be a $1k+ expenditure (which is what I was quoted at other places) ended up coming in at half that. Eddie also patiently helped me troubleshoot & fix an issue with my password when I came to pick up. Overall, HIGHLY recommend this professional and competent company!"

"Thanks to a recommendation by a coworker, I reached out with the slim hope that they could do some solder work on an old analog piece of video production equipment, a Sony video sketch titler. To my surprise and relief, they were extremely interested to take on the project! All the electrolytic capacitors had to be replaced because Sony used faulty ones on this machine. They were able to recap the board and clean all the electrolytic juice that sprayed everywhere as two of the caps had burst. They even were able to look at it again when I was having power issues a few weeks later. I'm extremely grateful to have this fun machine back in tip-top shape - it's like it's brand new! They were very communicative and made sure to give me updates throughout the process. Will definitely have them in mind if any of my computers have issues in the future."

I left my laptop in the rain, and while the computer was too damaged to be repaired, they could get ALL my data AND format it for my new computer. I've been coming here for years with my laptop-related debacles, and they've consistently been an excellent and stress-relieving resource. "I'm not usually a review writing guy but I was very happy with the services I received at this place. I brought in a liquid damaged laptop. After opening up the machine and checking it out they were very realistic with the prospects of saving the laptop, and the cost of services. The original cost of diagnosing the problem was very reasonable and they didn't try to upsell me or anything. I ultimately decided not to move forward with repairs as was their suggestion. But I really appreciated the experience of having working computer professionals be very clear, communicative, and compassionate about my tech troubles. I'll definitely hit them up in the future for my computer needs."
